Products

We custom print all orders on an as needed basis, which means none of our molds are in stock and are added to the printing queue as soon as your order is placed.

Custom molds are not offered at this time.

Clean the mold for future uses in Cool / Warm Water.

  • do not use a dishwasher or hot water as molds are temperature sensitive and can warp at higher temperatures.
  • Do not leave molds to soak in water.
  • Once cleaned, make sure to towel dry.

We do our best to provide high quality products, however from time to time, something might slip past us.

Please keep in mind that 3D printed parts are never 100% the same and some minor variances are possible with each print. You might see sanding marks which make the prints dull, scuffed or scratched in areas.

If the flaw creates a noticeable* defect in the final product, please contact us to see what can be done. If the flaw is cosmetic and does not affect function, a replacement will likely not be provided.

Shipping

Canada: All Canadian orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.

United States: All orders within the USA are shipped from Blaine, Washington with USPS.

International: All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada using international shipping partners.

 

We have a partnership with a third party shipping provider, “Chit Chats”.

In Canada, Chit Chats uses Canada Post.

In the USA, Chit Chats uses USPS.

We process orders in the order they are received. Your order will ship once all molds on the order are completed.

Orders placed from Canada and the USA will not have to pay any duties.

Canadian orders will be required to pay GST/HST/PST during checkout.

International orders may have duties and taxes based on their local customs laws.

Chit Chats Collect

We offer local pickups through the network of Chit Chats Express locations. Shipments will be shipped to a location for you to pickup within 7 days of arriving. Shipments are fully tracked and you can receive updates and noticed via email.

Please note the branch locations and hours available. Pickups must be made within business hours.

Local Pickup is offered to anyone within 30 KM’s of one of the following locations. For further infomation such as hours of operation and addresses, please click the branch nearest you:

Once a shipment becomes available for pickup at the location nearest you, You will receive a notification by email. If you have not received a notification and it is past the estimated delivery date, please check your spam folder as it may be incorrectly filtered to junk mail.

When picking up a shipment, you must provide one of the following:

  • Full name of the recipient
  • Shipment ID

The package will be available for pickup for a period of 7 business days. After the seventh business day the shipments will be processed for return. If you cannot collect your shipment within the pickup time frame, please contact us to extend the pickup date. We will mark the shipment as ‘delivered’ once the package is successfully retrieved.

If we cannot pick a location during the shipping process, your order will be put on hold and you will be asked to provide an alternative address for pickup within 30 KM’s of a pickup spot, or you will be asked for an additional payment to allow for shipping via Canada Post.
